Refund Policy
Lurr · Last updated:
We want you to be happy with Lurr. If it isn't right for you, here is exactly how refunds work. Our online orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, so refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
1. Free trial
New workspaces can try Lurr free for 3 days. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for a paid plan. After the trial ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, for any reason.
3. Renewals
- Monthly renewals: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and, if you have not meaningfully used the plan during that period, we will refund the renewal.
- Yearly renewals: we remind you by email before a yearly renewal. If you are charged for a renewal and didn't mean to continue, request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
4. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations
- Upgrade: you pay the difference, pro-rated for the remaining period. The 14-day window in section 2 applies to the upgrade charge as well.
- Downgrade or cancellation: takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not give partial refunds for unused time after the refund window has passed, but you keep access until the period ends.
5. Add-ons
Extra autopost or generation packs and extra brands can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used them. Used or partly used packs are not refundable.
6. Early-bird pricing
Refunds follow the same rules. If you cancel and later return, the early-bird price may no longer be available.
7. When we may decline
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse (for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service that led to termination. Where the law gives you a refund or withdrawal right that is broader than this policy, your legal rights apply.
8. How to request a refund
- Open the receipt email from Paddle and use the link to your Paddle order, or go to paddle.net and find your order with the email used at purchase; or
- Email hello@lurr.app with your account email and the date of the charge, and we will help you start the refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. Taxes charged on the order are refunded together with the payment.
9. After a refund
When a subscription is refunded, your workspace moves to the Free plan (or the paid features end immediately). You can export your texts before or after. Your data stays available according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us first; we can usually fix problems faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks may result in suspension while the dispute is open.
