How many posts a week does a beauty pro need?
An honest answer with no magic numbers: what posting frequency depends on, why consistency beats volume and how to avoid content burnout.

There's no universal number. But a few rules help you find yours.
Consistency beats volume
Three posts every week beat ten in one week and then a month of silence. Your audience gets used to the rhythm, and you don't burn out.
Start with what you can actually keep up
If you're with clients all day, start with three posts a week. For example: a result of your work, a useful tip and your open slots. After a month, check your stats to see what worked and add one more format.
Different networks, different rhythm
- Stories last a day, so post them more often: daily or every other day.
- Posts and carousels last longer. Quality matters more than frequency here.
- Telegram channels like a steady posting time.
Plan the week ahead
What takes the most time isn't writing; it's deciding what to post today. Once the week is planned in advance, a post takes a few minutes.
How Lurr helps
“Plan my week” suggests 5 to 7 posts for you to choose from. Keep three and delete the rest. Posts go out on their own at the times you pick, and holidays and niche trends tell you what to write about.
