How to run social for 10 clients without burning out
A weekly rhythm, one brief per client and approvals by link. How freelancers and small agencies keep ten brands posting without working weekends.

Ten clients rarely means ten times the work. It means ten times the context switching: different voices, different offers, different people who need to say yes. Most burnout comes from that switching, not from writing.
One page per client, kept up to date
Before you write anything, every client needs a single page you trust: what they sell and for how much, who buys, how they talk, what they never say, and the dates that matter to them. If a fact lives only in a chat thread, you will look for it again next month.
Batch by task, not by client
Writing Monday for client A, then Tuesday for client B keeps you switching all week. Try the opposite: plan every client on Monday, draft on Tuesday and Wednesday, send for approval on Thursday, schedule on Friday. Same work, far fewer context switches.
Fewer formats, done well
You don't need every format on every network for every client. Pick the two or three that work for each brand and repeat them. A weekly tip, a client story and one offer post beat seven random posts.
Approvals without the email chain
Long email threads are where weeks disappear. Send the week's posts as one link, let the client approve or comment on each post, and set a rule: no answer by the deadline means the plan goes out as is. Agree on that rule up front.
Plan around the calendar early
Black Friday, Mother's Day and the holidays that matter in a client's niche come every year. Put them in the plan four to six weeks ahead, so you aren't writing a holiday campaign the night before.
Keep the voice of the client, not yours
After a few months, every client starts to sound like you. Keep three real posts from each client as a reference and reread them before you write. Their words, not yours.
How Lurr helps
In Lurr every client is a separate brand with its own Brand Brain, voice profile, networks and calendar. You switch brands in one click, draft a week for each, send it for approval by a private link with no login needed, and posts go out on schedule by themselves. The Agency plan covers up to 10 brands and a team of up to 5 people.
